This is a comedic monologue (with a bit of dramatic leaning) for a female (could be male) actor ages 10-60+. It has a running time of approximately 1.5 to 2 minutes long.

ROBIN is in the kitchen with her friend, Gabe.  She offers him some of the apple pie that has been sitting in the window sill for a week now, as she has been savoring it. As she gets it out, she notices something unusual – baby ants in the pie! While it grosses her out, she starts looking at the pie from the baby ants’ perspective and her disgust turns to sympathy.
